Food was hot and service was good for take-out. The alfredo sauce was way better than the marinara. And the bread with oil was the best- 4 pieces for one main dish, which was nice.

I used to eat here all the time, after 4 years I love this place but i have to rate what I got, the chicken piccata was not great, no seasoning on the pasta, my wife said she made better chicken piccata that she learned how to make from you tube and it was better than what she had. The chicken parm wasn’t good, the pasta was under seasoned, but the big issue I had was the chicken, I expected a hand breaded pan friend chicken parm what I got was a pre made frozen chicken nugget and not even a good chicken nugget, it was a mechanically separated ground chicken patty. The server was not great, no bread refills, someone else filled our waters, Very disappointed in that. I will try you again next time I am in town but you are not the quality that you were 4 years ago. The place was not full on a Friday night, that should be a sign.

O.M.G. I sooo wish these guys had a branch in Amarillo and that we had found them when we visited Roswell before. EVERYTHING we had was absolutely delicious. Raul, our waiter, was knowledgeable and just the right amount of attentive. The outside of the building could use some TLC, but the food and care taken of customers FAR and away makes up for that. Honestly I’m surprised the place had a table spare for us, surely the residents of Roswell must know what a hem they have here.

Great staff. Really nice and helpful. Food was great and portion were way too much (for us). Great quality for the price.

Nice hometown place. Nothing fancy. We went on a Monday evening and we’re delighted to see several cars in the lot. (We are from California). We both had the meat lasagna. It was very good, served nice and hot. Not too overly saucy for me. Server was very nice and attentive. Brought some yummy bread and spiced olive oil for dipping before meal. Reasonably priced. I would go again.

Recommended place to eat in Roswell. I was expecting a deep cut, authentic Italian restaurant but was the opposite. Shrimp Tempura and egg drop soup of the day are not exactly Italian. I ordered pizza and it tasted more like a cheap frozen pizza or a pizza that you would get off a Chinese buffet.
Bread and dipping sauce was great though. The only thing I actually liked about this place.

Our server was absolutely nice. In our opinion we loved our food. I order the broccoli and pesto while my boyfriend ordered the chicken alfredo. Our plate came out nice and warm. My broccoli was very well steamed. Very delicious. We also enjoyed that it was a great serving for what we were paying for.

Server AMAZING, and the bread always speaks for itself. The mozzarella sticks blow all others away. Then our entrees come… and double disappointment. The signature Portofino dish was not up to par. Like tomato sauce with spaghetti noodles. The chicken Marsala was too oily and the veggies had nice crisp covering old mushy overcooked veggies. The chicken breast was like one half chicken breast cut in half again! I am still wanting an Italian food fix cause Portofinos missed the mark this time. The last saving grace was the fact the pricing was fantastic! The tea was perfect too.
