Wendy's

We pulled through Wendy’s after my son’s baseball game ended on Tuesday night around 9:45 pm. I was fourth in line and I could hear the lady on the loud speaker when she spoke to the person in front of us. She said welcome to Wendy’s, I apologize for your wait. There are only two of us working tonight. How May I help you? Then after he ordered she said thank you for your patience and he pulled up. It was my turn and she was equally as polite and communicative to me. I was floored that two people were doing all the work of the restaurant but they couldn’t have been nicer, which in turn made for very happy customers! I tipped them bc they were working harder than any server at a sit down restaurant and she choked up. Just a reminder for me that people who are preparing food in fast food places are busting their rear ends to serve us and usually with a skeleton crew! Wish I had seen the two employees names so I could mention them here- one woman at the register/loud speaker/window and one man preparing all the food!

Did not have a good experience, no one greeted me at the speaker or window. I believe a manager took my payment. Immediately as I pulled up to the window she told me my total(I thought well hello to you too)Please do better!!!! I definitely don't have to spend my hard earned money there...I just came for 3 frostys, in which you were out of vanilla.

Congratulations on being the worst fast food experience ever. I went through the drive through 10min before closing. I get it, that’s not convenient but it’s your posted hours. When I pressed a male jumped on and said “really, I’m just a little girl”. Then other people started talking and even came outside to stare me down to get me to leave. I’m from Ohio and hold Wendy’s in high regard. It’s frustrating to see the brand represented like this.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They never put salt on their fries so it tastes like I’m eating a potato fresh out of the ground. They also mess up my order somehow every time. If I could give this location a dozen 1 stars I would. PS. All these 5 star reviews are fake bots, spam and employees, report them.

The manager of this place thinks she is a people person and somehow has her job. She talks to customers like they’re her servants and tells How things r going to go. Ma’am this is a Wendy’s and you’re supposed to take my order. I’ve never been to a fast food place where they tell you what you’re gonna order. What a joke
