Solid choice for breakfast - lots of options and the biscuits are on point.
I haven’t had Hardee’s in years so I decided to stop by this morning for a biscuit. It’s really hard to tell if they are open or not - the dining room always looks dark and they don’t have a lighted sign. Luckily there were cars in the drive through so I pulled in.
I was able in/out under 5 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. The gentleman who took my order was incredibly nice and got it right the first time - no questions.
The food was really good! The sweet tea is brewed and the biscuits are made from scratch. You can actually taste the buttermilk in them. They also have a generous portion of hash rounds as you can see from the photo below. Nice job!

I’ve only ate here a few times, this morning i ordered two chicken biscuit meals. The person taking my order was extremely friendly. There was a few cars ahead of me. Wait didn’t seem long though. Pulled up handed the girl my card and she snatched it from me. Then proceeded to say something and shut the window. She then asked me to pull forward so i did. Waited maybe 2mins and a gentleman brought out my order, he was friendly as well.
Got home and started eating my biscuit and realized the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way.
Overall my service was ok, but probably won’t return.

Arrived close to 8am, no cars in line and received two cold biscuits with one missing the eggs and the other missing half of the biscuit and ham cold and not cooked..called the store several times at 8:02am and no answer.. a females name is on the receipt as the cashier but a male served us Thru the drive Thru window

The smallest chicken breast I have ever had on a sandwich. It was also over cooked so much and so dry that I spit it out. I am not kidding it was the worst any kind of sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Trust me don't go here.

On this date and time.. I asked for my eggs to be scrambled..and, it was communicated. By an employee..Who took the breakfast platter order..This isn't IHOP..WE DONT SPECIALIZE IN SCRAMBLED EGGS.. HOWEVER..IF EGG MIX IS POURED FROM A CARTON. AND PLACED ON A GRILL..SCRAMBLE THEM..AS REQUESTED.... WHAT I AS A CUSTOMER...DONT HAVE TO DO IS. REQUEST BREAKFAST. FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT...TWO TO THREE TIMES A WEEK. THIS IS THE LAST MEAL...I WILL HAVE PURCHASED. GIVE THE CUSTOMER THEY WANT. HOW THE WANT..THATS SIMPLE..NOT HARD TO FOLLOW.. THATS ALL FOLKS.

Dexter and Matthew were very polite. I went there with my child after practice and they made sure my child left with a smile! I will 100% recommend this place to anyone! I will be going back every week!

This location always looks closed. I thought it was abandoned or under renovations due to how dark it is inside, some sort of barrier on the door and its always locked. The drive thru is open, but the sign is misleading. Anyway, the only telling indicator that it was open, was the cars in the drive thru and parking lot.
The wait time is ridiculous because whether your ordering at the drive thru or picking up an order, it's never ready and you have to park and wait for it to be brought out to you. Customer service is hit or miss and depends on whose working that day. Same with preparation - sadly. I won't be back here for myself, but will have to for pickup orders.
On a positive note, the last time I went here, the manager was professional, respectful and courteous. I wish the rest of the team was as nice.

I love Hardee’s. Unfortunately this one’s slow and not managed well. It’s not always terrible but then it is a lot too. I waited 35 minutes before my drive thru order was resolved.
