Take it from a Tex-Mex snob. This place is on point.
We were in the area and had a couple hours to kill, so decided to stop in for a late lunch. We were definitely surprised.
Being a chain restaurant, we really didn’t expect a whole lot that was not the case
Let’s start with the server Gerardo, he is definitely an asset to the establishment and the pleasure to interact with
The food was amazing. Just take a look at our pictures.
Also, the margaritas were probably the best I’ve had in a long time. If you were in the market for TexMex, you should definitely give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Out of all the Mexican places my family goes to Gringos has the BEST chips and salsa. The green is my favorite, not to spicey. I love the steak tacos. The meat is super flavorful and tender. I'm not much of a steak person either. I love that they have free soft serve. That's my kids favorite part. They have both vanilla and chocolate or swirl. They have a yummy pineapple Margarieta too. The texmex egg rolls are also super good. Don't be fooled by chalupa, they are tostadas. Not like tacobell. I was disappointed only that one time. Still was good tho. We went today (halloween) and the staff was all dressed up. It was fun seeing them all dressed up. Always recommended.
It can be a little cold inside too.

We live in Oklahoma. Was visiting family. Have been thr twice. Both times service was great. The first time I had a young guy, I felt bad for him cause my brother is a hoot. But he took it well and was very good. The second time, my son and my nephew were with us, and they were together a mess. But she took it great, laughed, and carried on very well. We were hot from being in the sun all day. Both times were very pleased. Kinda wished I lived there . But we will go back when we are in town. Thank you.

Adam, say his name when you visit. Humble, genuine, young guy. When I say he understands his assignment, Adam knows his stuff. He knowledgeable about the menu, he knows what everything entails. I told my wife he earned his tip for sure. Because of him I will make personal trips just to be served by him. Food was great and that dont describes my experience enough. So if you never been to this location, give it a try. There was a few others who stopped by my table to make sure if my wife and I was good, I just didn't get there names. If you get asked if everything is good more then 12 times....it's ok they just making sure you have a experience better then you could imagine. Just don't leave without tipping the waiter, they deserve it.

Great TexMex restaurant. Excellent service and delicous food. Had the Plato Soldado. Chicharrones are out of this world! Tres Leches cake was amazing.

We really enjoyed our meals, and the portion sizes were plentiful enough to fill us up and they didn't over salt, which made the food even better. The chimichanga and plato soldado were delicious. The dips, salsa, and chicharrones pack some great flavor. The staff was great and kept checking in on us to make sure we had all we needed. We'll definitely come back!

Decent choice for good texmex. First time having pork skins with guacamole.
Street tacos were good. Overall, for a chain, it's decent. Would eat here again.

Good overall. I don't think the Fajita chicken tacos are worth the $15 it's two soft shell tacos with a small portion of beans and rice. They taste great but portion to price is off. Service was excellent.
