Amazing chaozhou 潮州 style noodles!! Get those recommended by the restaurant (like, why wouldn’t you). Not sure why the drinks so hyper expensive though.

I called to place an order. So I specifically indicated to the person who answered the call to exclude green onions on BOTH dishes but this is what I got on the oyster cake. Now I have to spend time pulling out all the green onions before eating. The taste is not a factor to score stars anymore because all these green onions have spoiled the dish!

They messed up my order too. I wanted a number 1 with the fat rice noodle, but they gave me half and half because they mixed up what I wanted with my friend's. It wasn't a big deal cause I was cool with egg noodles too. Also, the price on their menu was different from what they charged me. Price on menu was $10.95 and I was charged $11.10 for my item. Not a big deal, I understand inflation and cost of goods going up as a result of high gas prices. All in All, my bowl was delicious. The soup base was tasty. Service was a bit rude, but that's kinda how they are.

Triều Châu nodles soup are pretty good, broth is tasty but egg noodle could be more chewy. I also like the beef chow fun with extra bean sprout. Parking is limited, service is alright.

U can mix and match the proteins and the noodle you want for the noodle, you can also pick dry (soup on side) or with soup.
Oyster pancake (with eggs) also take good. It is a very yum restaurant.

Just went there and had a shrimp noodle soup, i really liked it but it needed like some lemon chilli and soy beans to enjoy it to the fullest cause they didnt offer any . Hopefully next time they do
