Pho is flavorful. The noodle to meat ratio is off, but still very good. Hits the spot, spirit and soul on a cold rainy Christmas morning. Had a video, Google won't let me post it. Minus points to you Google guys. Note: came back again, still same ole same ole, so that's good. I think it's better to come on on a morning weekday; parking is better and less people.

Plan baguette 🥖 is alright but I don't like the sandwich. Pâté chaude are not bad.

Stay Away. I never thought a Vietnamese sandwich can taste that bad. My special sandwich was so messed up; baguette was stale and crust was hard, slices of pork fat were found.

Don't waste your money. It was more than a disappointment. The menu choices weren't that rich. They try to mix in "Euro-sandwiches" with the popular Vietnamese sandwiches. It's a rather unwise marketing decision of the management. The service was spotty: sometime OK, other time not good. They seem to grab on too many things: yogurts, desserts, pastries, and other snacks. The interior deco looks a bit uncoordinated. The only good about that place is the wait wasn't long. But even then, having a messed-up order would not be unlikely.

Overall, I would not recommend this place and it's very unlikely I would come back to spend my money here.

The original Tip Top’s Sandwiches is located in Garden Grove in the heart of Little Saigon. A second branch recently opened in Los Angeles to serve the substantial Vietnamese community residing in the San Gabriel Valley.

The two restaurants have nothing to do with each other. Just so the various visits took place all within a 7 day period, and both were within 2 weeks of grand/soft opening. Tip Top Banh Mi's building has endured a year-long build-out. This chainlet-wannab
