Review Ticheli's Italian Pizza - Rosemary Beach

🍕 Y’all. There is no shortage of delicious food on 30A. We absolutely loved Ticheli's “Mama’s Sweep the Kitchen” Pizza, Chicken Bianca Pizza and Meatball Sub! Woah. The real Italian deal. We didn’t want to stop eating it. Located in Peddlers Pavilion in Seacrest Beach.

These guys are the best in the business. Hands down the most delicious pizza I have EVER had. My son insisted on eating their pizza every night for 6 days straight and I couldn’t blame him. The people and service are amazing. Felt like we were eating at home. The wait was not bad either, 10-15 minutes tops. Highly recommend this place. Keep up the great work! Will be back again on our next trip :) Your hospitality is unmatched. Thank you.

Fun place to grab a pizza, or salad or wings or sub, and enjoy close to the gulf. It's a small shack in a commons area so there is no inside sitting, but plenty of places can be found to sit and eat and just watch. Order at the window, give them you cell number and once ready they will send you a message- so you're free to check out the other shops. Not the best pizza ever, but not bad- and it's located in a beautiful place.

We ordered the tuscany pizza and had it while listening to a concert. We liked it. Fresh generous topings. Looks like a popular place. The next day leftovers were a big hit.

Came in from New Orleans for a quick trip to 30A and came across this gem of a pizza place and I promise you that this was the best pizza I have ever tasted in my life! If you are in or around this area I highly recommend giving Ticheli’s a try. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic pizza. Fresh made dough daily, unlike the next closest pizza place that orders their dough frozen. The owners are exceptionally nice people. The wait can get pretty crazy but it's one wood fire oven and 3-4 people crammed in a little hut. They do everything they can to pump out those pies as fast as they can. The Italian sub is by far the best sub around for miles. I could eat one everyday

A great casual spot where you can order pizza however you like (literally however, you can build your own for a flat rate off 22$) and enjoy it at the outdoor seating and watch music. We brought our own drinks which, as apparently the only budget travelers in the area, was a relief to our over taxed funds. Their Italian dough is delicious, and the owners were great people. Ask for it extra crispy and they’ll leave it in the stone oven longer until it’s perfect. Pizza itself was 7/10 but the owners and experience made this a 5 star review.

The best pizza I have ever had. Every year we come to seacrest we make sure to get Ticheli Pizza multiple times in the week! 100% worth the wait!

A mini pizza restaurant at Secret beach, Snug takeout window turning out wood-fired pizzas as well as subs, sandwiches & salads. I just have their pizza 🍕,it was very good 😊, I eat the whole veggie pizza 🍕.

Excellent pizza and even better service! We eat here every year and look forward to it for many years to come!

If you're looking for delicious pizza on 30A, look no further than this place! The crust is perfectly crispy and the toppings are always fresh. Highly recommend!!!

On a Wednesday evening, I ordered a Margherita pizza. It’s a simple recipe, right? Crust, sauce, cheese, basil. Pretty basic. This pizza, though, was exceptional. Everything about this pizza was perfect. The sauce is amazing, the crust was everything a wood-fired crust should be, and every single basil leaf was HUGE! We ate every last crumb. Everything’s perfect, including the service! Everything was so good that we came back on Thursday and ordered the exact same pizza, and they remembered me!!

We decided to take a gamble after reading so many mixed reviews of this place. I'm so glad we did! Not only was Ticheli's tasty but each of our party ordered their own 8 in. personal pan and agreed it was very filling. The establishment itself is a walkup and they have one pizza oven so be kind, be patient and enjoy your pizza with some live music and fresh sea air!

Absolutely delicious pizza! I got the vegetarian, I wish I could’ve taken a picture but it smelled too good.... I had to dig right in! The service was quick, they sent out a text when the pizza was ready. The two people working there were so friendly and sweet! I will definitely be coming here every time I visit Rosemary!!!

Ordered pepperoni and margarita pizzas. They went excellent and ready for pick up exactly when they said they would be. Very convenient to several areas around Rosemary and Seacrest. Will definitely be a go to place down here.
