Domino's Pizza

OK I'm really disappointed in this Domino's today my ex mother in law order two large pizza one meat lover and one Canadian ham not only were the pizza not cut they were burnt in some areas and the bottom of the pizza was hard as a rock. I'm very not happy with them right now. Normally you guys are on top of your game but I've heard the last few times she has order pizza they were like this. I'm not happy with this one bit. Dominoes pizza has improved so much since I was a kid and their shop was downtown. They've really stepped up their flavor game. The prices are the best for carry out pizza and I love the smells when I go in to get my pie! There's always a huge crew working so pizzas are done fast and they are friendly. My favorite is their Buffalo chicken with the baked on cheese!

The reason I do not give this Dominos any stars because they don't deserve any I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a 2 liter of root beer and when I came to pick up my order they had no idea about the $3 carryout deals that they promote on commercials all across the United States they had no idea what I was talking about so I didn't get my $3 carry-out reward which is fine with me however my pizza had mushrooms littered everywhere like they were trying to disguise mushrooms as little piece of pepperoni and my two liter of root beer we do a 20 oz bottle I swear that the high school kids that work there need to learn how to be a little bit more Humane to people especially customers that come there religiously. Sorry Domino's pick up the pace start being friendly to the human race

They have a text alert that does not work. I have to check out 3 separate times. Driver's do not look at instructions. App wants me to tip 20 percent? They drove. They did not take my order, refill my drink, clear my plate, or asked a single question. Why would I tip a driver as much as a server? Insulting to servers.

They can't cut pizza evenly at all anymore. Any time we have gotten delivery in the past several months it's cold and a few times the lid was smashed into the pizza, so we had to scrape the cheese off the box. They claim to be short staffed when I've called to complain about severely late and cold pizzas, but when Ive gone in to pick it up myself, the kitchen is full of staff just standing around chatting.
