Spent 35.00 through Uber Eats and what a waste. I know it wasn't the drivers fault as it's only 5 minutes away. The Milk Shake was melted. It was all over the drivers dash board. I felt bad for him. Both burgers missing cheese. One was no Mayo and had it on there. Also was no pickles. No lettuce was added to the other burger. Fries were soggy and just threw it away.

I am so upset! I went to get some food on my break. Sat in line for 30 minutes, got my food. Got to work to eat it. And my sour doh jack i ordered wasn’t a sour doh jack. I don’t know what it is honestly. My fries were cold. Not to mention I got ripped off. Tried calling. No answer. Can’t really leave work to go deal with this. I won’t ever ever go here again. Now I get to sit at work for 10 hrs on thanksgiving starving because they gave me a horrible burger.

On 12/17/21 my friends and I got off of work and were hungry and most places are closed to we came to jack in the box and then there is cones in the drive through and we thought it was weird because it says it’s open 24/7 and that the drive through is open but the employees were outside smoking with the cones in the drive through. We kept calling and calling even after they went inside and no answer. It’s been about 45 minute minute wait and still no one comes to remove the cones.

Terrible service. There were cones in front of the drive thru, and I waited for over 45 minutes to go to the drive thru. Never successfully got my food even though I saw workers smoking outside refusing to do anything with the drive thru sign still lit. I continuously called to get their attention but nothing.

Quick midnite craving. Headed to Jack's. 4 cars in line ahead of us. Could see staff inside but struck me was no sense of urgency. Sort of plodding along. Literally a 10 minute wait for simple order. Bit disappointing since only other fast food open was Taco Bell, with 8 cars in line. Come on crew let's pickup the pace.

went there a few minutes ago the drive thru was coned off and the building was closed, and tried to get a couple burgers thought we couldn’t. and then dasha the new manager after apparently the whole staff quit and she just took over, got the grill started up and made us the food very politely and quickly. very pleased, she also threw in free frys for the inconvenience it was all very delicious and cooked great. I have always enjoyed jack in the box.

I go here for the breakfast sandwiches. McDonald's doesn't have an all day breakfast menu anymore so I started going across the street to Jack In the Box. Their sandwiches are actually better and available all day long, and the staff have always been very friendly.
