I have to give big shout out to the guys here. I came in got an oil change and ended up having a leak at the new oil filter that got oil all over my new truck. I brought it back in and they checked everything out, degreased the whole under carriage and gave me a car wash all for free. Well next day it was still leaking, so I took it back in. Come to find out we believe the oil filter was defective so they gave me a brand new up graded oil filter, two quarts top shelf oil and degreased the under carriage once again all for free. It can be hard to find a business that will stand behind their work these days but these guys definitely do.
I was pleasantly surprised by how professional my experience was; I was given options (oil, etc.) For my vehicle and price points and was not pushed for an upsell like I have been at other oil change chains. In no time at all I was on my way and my car was running better.
Had to wait excessively long due to a mix up but the staff was polite and gave me a coupon. Came back in and got everything taken care of another day. Very professional and quick.
