Loggers Tap House

We waited over an hour for a very simple order of salads and other finger food. Two salads of the five came out 20 minutes before two others. We had to go get out on utensils and dressing. After asking about our food we were treated rudely by the woman working the front counter. We ended up canceling the rest of our food after waiting so long and not being treated like customers. Rude service, slow, and not worth it.

They were moving locations. The special said dinner Chicken Cordon Bleu, but they were only willing to do it on a pizza or sandwich. I ordered a sandwich with no bread and got what I wanted! Husband ordered a beer and the tap blew so they gave what they had for free, but didn't offer him another choice of beer.

My wife enjoyed the Spring Roll salad - she said it was a little spicy. We had mozzarella sticks and pinwheels for appetizers. For pizza we had a pep with cheese and a Mediterranean with half veg and half regular. I was very surprised by the number of menus options. The place was clean. It took a little while to get seated, but it was a really busy night. The employees were noticeably friendly even though they were very busy--it's the mark of a good place to work or get food; both of which garners my support. Nice enjoyable atmosphere that has a small home town feel. If you are looking for food outside of the usual chain restaurants, this is a great option.

Loggers is currently in between locations. I enjoyed loggers in their old location by the mall and the best part in my opinion are the cool monthly specials they always seamed unique. Loggers is still open in Winston and will be opening this location by the Red Barn soon. I am hopeful the location by the fish ladder still moves forward.
