Been going here for awhile now and never had a bad time. Always great food and service.
Staff was nice. I had the smoky BBQ sauce on my pulled pork. The sauce was ok nothing to great. The pulled pork was actually smoked and pretty good, liked their coleslaw but a little disappointed in how small their baked potatoes were. Also the chicken the kids got was dry and had no flavor. But overall better then most BBQ in Oregon.
Wow is the best way to describe their food. I had the Pastrami sandwich with their custom mustard and was the perfect blend, with smoke flavor from the meat and a sweat bite from the mustard. Amazing! I also had there drys with the homemade fry sauce. Just wonderful food and awesome staff with a nice low key atmosphere. Highly recommend eating here!
I've been a big fan since Charley started with a small trailer parked in various parking lots in the north end of town. You can't imagine my delight when they moved in next door to where I work! They've changed hands a couple times over the years, but always to good people who hired good people. And then there's the food; the quality of the various meats offered never wavers. This is as good as BBQ gets, folks! This ain't fast food; they take the time to do it right, and although it may not be dirt cheap, you certainly get what you pay for! Eveything is hand rubbed and smoked; sauces are not needed at all, but there are plenty of options to choose from. (Personally, I'm addicted to their "Up A Notch"!) Come on in, make some choices and enjoy yourself! You can't miss; it's all good!
Stopped by because of the reviews. I ordered the tri-tip and the pastrami with green beans and potato salad with a draft. Wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich with baked beans with a soda. Meats was great. Nice seeing a Northern and Southern Carolina sauce offered-- it is rare to find these offerings. Received a baked potato and forgot my beer. I realize I am 🐍 bitten, on orders... Would recommend this place.
