TWO DAYS IN A ROW MY CHICKEN IS BLACK AND AS HARD AS A ROCK and NOT SPICY? Today Carrie is in the drive through I don't know what it is about this place there is not one single customer inside the store and a line full of people outside I simply ordered the two for 6 mix and match sandwich special and have been here for 23 minutes! They had every drive thru customer pulled up at the drive-thru and not one single person has been served in 23 minutes ?? Yesterday I got SOMEONE ELSES ORDER ! But sadly didn't check my order before I left the window so instead of getting combos for 4 people I got a fry and a value sandwich Might I also add a male took my order over the speaker even though I only ordered two sandwiches today I repeated it just to confirm it and his response was yeah I got it pull up

Very slow. Was in line from 12:40pm until 1:05pm. Someone walked back up to window because they had messed up their order and given them a whooper instead of 2 junior whoopers. I received my food...fries were fine.. Burger was cold. Lady at window said they only had one person in the back cooking. They need some help.

My kids loved the play area. Staff was very friendly and had that warm greeting. Kenzie was awesome making that whole welcome to Burger King like a real commercial. Lol ** I must give a big thanks to Kenzie (in the pic), my son's foot was stuck in the cargo net of the play area and she went in there after him and got his foot out. Way to go Kenzie. Thank you so much! Thanks for making our day!!

I tried calling them but its a fax! They got my order wrong, we were missing a whopper with cheese and I can't even call to complain. Also when ordering the person taking the order said "damn". I'm sorry we order too much. We are a big family! Definitely not going back to this location! This was my second time eating BK in almost 5 years. I know recall why!
