I ordered a spicy Asiago chicken sandwich and was charged for one but was given a cheap chicken sandwich patty. They could have at least notified me and charged me accordingly. Very disappointed.

Got it for my son. I use to eat it when it was truly fresh like Dave Thomas wanted it to be served. It's just like any of the other large chain hamburger franchises. Cold, not crunchy fresh toppings. It's very disappointing to go to any of them. I can get a sit down fresh burger and hot fries cheape
They not only forgot my husband meal. They gave me a kids meal with nothing in it. My husband and I been tag teaming on calling them an no one is answering. Ridiculous. We should have known better to check the bag. But we had a long day an just wanted to pick up something quick an get home.
Ordered doordash with 3 of my friends and it had about 4 burgers and fries with each, We get our food to find out we have only 1 bag containing the fries. Calls the driver and she said you guys only gave her one bag... DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM OUT!!! Awful place
