Usually love it the food is great to me the spicy sauce not so good.Taste very bland and not so spicy I'll stick with the original. Only can order through the drive thru which doesn't make sense to me.At least have the inside open for takeout my opinion anyway.Thanks to everyone on the team.
I absolutely love zaxbys chicken and you can't get that zsxbys sauce anywhere I know. We will be back
This zaxby's has the best people. The new manager is a great guy(I'm horrible with names but I think its Matt). The food is always hot and cooked well. If anything ever is wrong, they quickly fix it.
Food is never fresh at this establishment. I often get the zax snack. Fries brown. So not very tasty considering after working all day you look to treat yourself to a delicious meal
Excellent customer service and good tasting food also got me a job there today excellent hospitality as well
Wasn't all that impressed with the food, cleanliness or service. The price was fair and the food was served fairly quickly. The décor is interesting.
Love this place. Drive through is always so full though.

Good food just sucks that the inside isn't open. There is a line from one end of the parking lot to the other.
