So last week I was in gurney working next to this restaurant at my job site figured I'd stop in grab a sandwich the sandwich there turned out to be one of the best sandwiches I have had so I looked to see if any restaurants were located around my location of my house found there was so I went there figured I would grab me the same sandwich again and I was so disappointed The find out it was nothing like the sandwich I had had a few days prior at a different location was not Prepare the same at all I don't mind spending good money for a sandwich at the same time you don't want the heal of the loaf of bread for part of your sandwich either Just surprise preparation of sandwiches are not the same at all locations they need to be and should be

Tasty ham and sides. Great options for in-store or online orders. Biggest downsides are there is no curbside pickup even with prepay orders and the store is TINY so it gets very crowded! The line wraps outside on busy holiday pickup season. Even going "off times" the store is crowded. Also they don't pre pack the pre-order/prepaid orders so the workers basically pull and bag it whenever you show up lengthening the time you're waiting (lengthening the lines). If they'd pre bag the prepaid orders at least it would definitely expedite things. Update 2 years later, they still don't pre-bag orders and don't have things ready even if you have a specific pick-up time so sigh. But if you go earlier in the AM the line isn't bad at all.

This is the first time we have ordered from them, just don't order before a holiday. They have no idea how to help customers. The fact that we prepaid is the worst because we would have never waited in a line for ham. We are capable of making a glazed ham, but we thought that it would save us time to make other sides and meats. Didn't realize that it would take 2 hours to get a tiny ham. Lost us for life!

I stand on line outside the cold weather for over 25 min to purchase a turkey breast. Then found out you have to have a reservation to purchase one. They should inform customer on the website, no walk in to pick up turkey and their line monitor said nothing to anyone that was standing on line. Very disappointing service!
