Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Ordered a Powerhouse salad and these pics show a lot of shredded iceberg lettuce garbage. This is advertised as mixed field greens and there is zero nutrition in iceberg lettuce. I don’t pay $8.20 for this poor quality salad. If they ran out of field greens they should have called and asked if I wanted to substitute or changed my order.

Great "pair two" option with a small "Avo Turkey" sandwich and a cup of Garden Vegetable Soup for $7.99. The sandwich was just the right size. Avacado and Swiss Cheese enhances the flavor of this toasted turkey sandwich. The Vegetable Soup was hot and delicious and quite flavorful. Lack of 1 star goes to an overflowing garbage can outside and delays in wiping down tables after use.

Horrible service… I’ve come here in the past and everything has been fine. The last two times, however, have been poor. The staff continually swear like sailors and don’t take their job seriously at all (poor management) and when they were busy, like today, I asked the manager/team lead if I could use the app for a BOGO order. He said yes. I asked if he could help me to order since I hadn’t used the app and was having difficulties. He said “I’m sorry. I can’t help you.” and looked disinterested. Once again, poor management. The guy looks roughly 55 years old. He should consider retirement if work is that much of a stressor in his life. They had quite a few people coming in for the BOGO but usually they are slow and dead. I wonder why. Then I read the several complaints about rudeness and screwed up orders. Big surprise. I went to Pita Pita across the street and when they made a mistake, the owner not only apologized but gave me a free baklava. That’s how service should be. I guess I have a new place for lunch, so thanks and best of luck. You’ll need it…, there’s way more competition in town.

Staff was very rude. Our order was not in the pick up stand but the person was not even interested in figuring out why it wasn’t there. At the end it, they recognize the order and someone else accidentally picked it up. Instead of correcting the issue then weren’t ready to remake the order as it was 15 mins to closing time. We left our 10 month old home with our parent to quickly pick it up. Clearly they have no interest in customer service. I am from New York and heard a lot about potbelly sandwiches. Never coming back here.

6/2021 First time here in a very long time. Enjoyed the sandwiches and soup. Got the chicken pot pie soup. Was supposed to be creamy. Certainly was not like grandma's style of creamy. But had a creamy color to it. Sandwiches were quite good. And the staff was quite friendly. Enjoyed how the sandwiches were made carefully and cooked quite well. Loved the brown on them. We will come back again.
