Every drink they make is delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful (especially to newcomers who aren't sure what to order). It always smells really good inside because of all the teas and coffees. I work in the mall also and they once brought some free coffees to my workplace because they were training a newbie. The coffees were amazing and it will cement their kind reputation in my mind for a long time.
Coffee, latte, tea latte, caffeine free, sweets, pastries, and to top it off the environment that all of the girls here create really makes you feel at home.

The ladies at Savoy that helped us check out were friendly & informative. We enjoyed the samples and purchased the Squash Buckling Chai & Earl Grey loose leaf teas. I ordered the chai with coconut milk off their menu to go. Delicious! I love that Savoy offers smaller sampler back loose leaf tea options & online ordering options. Will order again in the future! The place was also clean and tidy.
Their loose leaf teas are amazing. Smells and tastes super good. However, my matcha drink was tasteless. It just tasted like green colored milk. Just get other regular teas!
Savoy has been my favorite place to get a matcha or chai latte since they opened (in 2011, I think?). The quality of tea is on par with teas I've had traveling the world!
