Not the taco bell.i grew up with.
Ordered 2 burrito Supreme 1 was OK the other didn't have lettuce or sour cream.
By then I was 20 miles down the road.

Quick speedy service on a busy Sunday afternoon. Good food. Clean. Good access from vehicle to building although might need help with the doors. They are not automatic for instance. I do recommend this Rocky Mount location.

Horrible service if you go inside, they put all there priorities on the drive thru to hit there quota times and numbers. Went there tonight and after waiting 20 min I had to give them my receipt so they could make the order. Thirty dollar order and they gave me a coupon for 1 free taco. GREAT JOB TACO BELL!!

I have to admit that this place provides great service. The food is hot and ready fast. The parking lot is very well lit. The staff are friendly and have not got the orders I've done wrong yet. Even the Cinnamon bites are done correctly and we all know that's hard to do. I highly recommend coming to this location if you are living in the area or even passing through bc it is right off of rt 220.

My husband ordered a burrito from the drive through. As he was starting to drive away he opened his bag to check that everything he ordered was there. He pulled out the burrito and it looked super small. So he opened it up and it was half eaten. Tons of bites taken out of it. Which is disgusting in general, but even more terrible when we are still dealing with covid. So he went back to the window and waited to talk to an employee. And they all ran away. He said it seemed like they were hiding. When one finally came to the window, he said he had grabbed one of the employee's half-eaten burritos and put it in the bag instead of a fresh burrito. My husband was super nice to them but I called a manager the next day to tell him what had happened and the person I spoke with was shocked, but then didn't apologize. This makes me not only want to avoid Taco Bell, but all fast food in general. Yuck. Never eating here again.

This Taco Bell is up and down one day they will make your food all wrong and the next it will be good with the price that they charge for a meal and a little food they give you it is not worth going there I would almost rather go to another Taco Bell two towns to three towns away because the employees here just don't care they shut the place down 2 hours before they're closed and if you pull in the Drive-Thru when they turn the lights off at night even though they're still open they get obnoxious with you and they treat you really horrible and make your food really horrible

Clean store, employees are nice and helpful with any questions and it's nice to be able to eat inside since so many places currently have there lobbies closed.. so far I've never had any negative experiences with this location.
