Didn't get order right, said they would send another pizza, I waited, never came, never called, when I did call back, they said they did bring the second pizza,
I never saw them, and said they called, doesn't show in my call log, and only offered me a "Discount", on the "Free" pizza I was supposed to get.
I hope their closing crew enjoyed it.

The store doesn't put the customer first. I ordered my
Food online and set the time for 5:45 pm. I called the store to verify the time they said the food was in the oven I replied I set it for 545. They repeated wht was said via someone else. I asked for a refund. I won't go Back.

Tried the Detroit Pizza for the first time. The service I received was excellent, the pizza was not. The crust was not lightly brown and crispy. It was more white soft doughy like and the toppings did not cover the pizza properly. I known it was not suppose to go completely to the edges but over 1" with empty edge is a lot. It was much better after I cooked it a little more in my oven

I normally don't do this, but I have been disappointed enough. The pizza presentation was sloppy, lack sauce and toppings. I ask for extra toppings. When they first open the food and service was excellant. Too much talking, laughing and playing.Take pride in what you do.

We received our order somewhat timely but the pizza lacked the usual neat presentation(slacking in toppings on the edge pizza as most of the pizza was only two toppings). Also the Supreme had to be put back into the oven because the crust was doughy and not completely done. The wings were perfect!

Include at least 1 dipping sauce for the wings. Including none and charging to receive any dipping sauce is not customer friendly.

Change the sauce back to how it was before you started watering it down. Yuck. Waste of money, might as well lit $40 on fire.
