Disappointed they did not mix in the Cheetos into the ice cream. It was literally only sweet cream with some Cheetos on it. In addition, the Cheetos were stale, clearly left out for an extended period. The flavor was gross (but that isn’t their fault) Their card reader wasn’t working when I was there. My friend and I each tried different cards (that worked at other stores after we were there, so it wasn’t us!) Before asking permission from us. The employee tried writing down our card number to charge later. We had to stop her from taking our personal information.

I had 2 large cakes for my kids paw patrol party. The gentleman who worked on them called to confirm the notes that someone else had taken, which I appreciated. The design wasn’t super complicated but it wasn’t one they had in the book. I just had an idea in mind. He knocked it out of the park with the design and color combination. Hit the Paw Patrol theme right on! Thank you so much for doing such an awesome job!

Staff are polite and friendly, ice cream was good, but I kinda get the impression management is neglecting the store. They ran out of spoons! At an ice cream shop! The strangest part is that it was like actively hid that fact, or were just apathetic to it. I ordered a cup of ice cream. Probably should have been warned then "hey, there's no real way to eat that unless you have a spoon in your pocket," and certainly wouldn't have ordered the same if I'd known. They handed me the ice cream without a spoon. Didn't say anything about not having one. After I paid, and stood there looking around holding a cup of ice cream, still nobody offered that information. After scanning the entire store, thinking I was overlooking them on a counter somewhere, we finally asked. Only then did they finally let us know they didn't have spoons. And it wasn't even an "I'm sorry, we just ran out of them and we sent someone to the grocery store across the street for more." It was just a "we don't have any," an offer to let me use one of the tiny free sample spoons, and a little shrug. The also had things on their in-store menu that, according to the employees, they "don't offer at this location." It's a digital menu. Meaning it's just someone with the proper credentials who didn't bother to keep the menu updated. Not the line employees fault, obviously.

I ordered one of the "Raving Craving Sprinkle" cakes, "As Is". When I came to pick up it was missing two of the main features of cake. When asked why, I was told "the manager didn't have time to make the waffle cones"?? This cake is shown in 3 different photos in the store. You're an ice cream business and I ordered a week in advance. If you can't make what you advertise then stop selling them! Wouldn't even give me a discount for their mistake. Never coming back here!

This review is for the Marble Slab only. Easily one of the single worst customer service experiences we've dealt with, and we will never recommend or spend money through this company ever again. My wife ordered a cake a week prior to picking it up and when she went in to get it the employee said there were no cakes available. When she asked if one could be made for pick up the next day the employee just stated "nope". Sad that with a weeks notice a cake couldn't be made, no communication could be sent saying one couldn't be made, and when we go to pick it up we couldn't even get a single courteous response from the employee.

Very disappointed. I tried to call today to place an order on a cake for my son's birthday and even though the website says order 48 HOURS ahead of time, I was told it actually takes 72 hours. I am beyond annoyed with this company as the location in Wylie was also saying they couldn't get a cake done in time. This is extremely frustrating when franchises cannot follow what is listed on the company website.

Very nice seating, large space (shared with the Great American Cookies--same seating, etc.). Plenty of parking on both sides (it is on the end of the building so it has all the extra parking). Staff was cleaning often and seemed well kept. I will update more as we visit more often (get a stronger feel for the rating). Look forward to getting, closer, good ice cream!
