Fantastic! Oyster omelet was so good with tender oysters, slightly crispy omelet. Stinky tofu was crisp and pungent, balanced with the cabbage. Veggies were fresh and flavorful. The shave ice was the most authentic I’ve had in the US— sooooooo good! Definitely worth a stop.

Oyster omelettes were 5 stars by themselves. Soo delicious and authentic tasting! And very hearty as a meal for one person. The veggie dish was okay - quite plain, but served as a nice complement to the other dishes. The skewered shrimp were an explosion of flavor and spice.

We did not make reservation. To avoid possible crowd on Saturday, we arrived before 6pm for dinner. We were greeted and seated quickly. The ceiling fans were running below the ceiling lights, which made us dizzy when reading the menu, so we had to request turning off the ceiling fans above us. The crispy stinky bean curd came with pickled cabbages and great in hot sauce. The radish and egg pancake did not have much dried radish. The roasted pork and the spicy beef were well done for rice. The sautéed spinach was fresh as expected.

I have been searching for a place that serves Taiwanese Shaved Ice for so long and this restaurant truly delivers. They have personal sizes for 2 people, but they can also make large orders filled with all the toppings including M&Ms, red beans, taro, lotus root, condensed milk, lychee, oreos, and jelly. The staff are incredibly kind (I spilled my tea all over) and they quickly rushed to help, and their portion sizes and prices are great! Speaking Chinese is a plus, but not needed.

Great authentic Taiwanese food! They have a great selection of Taiwanese dishes but since we plan to get shaved ice, we just got the braised beef noodle soup. Both flavors were just how we remembered them!

Taiwanese hamburger was good but not for people who dislike pork fat. Chicken fried rice, eggplant and string beans were good. Radish & egg pancake was not as flavorful as I hoped, and it’s also pretty oily. Oyster vermicelli was okay - probably would go with intestine only next time. Overall, it’s a good place to have a casual lunch. (Follow me on IG ➡️ miss_dawang)

3.5 stars, (almost) authentic Taiwan street foods, tastes still lacking a bit of fineness & flavors! Drunken Chicken & Wenton Soup are closed to standard/ average, Oyster Pancake is only ok w/ too much flour, Chicken Rolls tasted good but too much fish cake inside, Spicy Intestines Over Rice has strong flavor but still tasted like missing something Overall OK & Will Repeat!

This was definitely a cafe for everyone to have lunch and dinner in daily basis. It had very affordable price and incredible good quanlity for this price. I tried noodles in pork and egg soup. Nothing surprised but still delicious at this price. The noodles were chewy. I and my friend ordered fried tofu, fried chicken with salt and pepper, and Itenstine with blood. They all had a lot of amounts while maintained the good taste. This place is where u can have lunch and dinner with your friend everyday.

Authentic Taiwan food. The stinky tofu is just like what I had in Taiwan. Pork belly buns are really good. Crispy fried chicken cutlet with rice is huge. Will try more next time

First time back here in a while. Service is so so, typical for a Chinese restaurant, but the good was great! Veggies were fresh, stinky tofu was good. Braised pork with rice a favorite and also fried fish with sweet sauce, I don't know what it's called in English. Chinese is 龍利球, which they made with a sweet sauce. That was a big hit. Pork chops were a bit dry, wouldn't get it again. Definitely try the oyster pancake. It's a hit or miss. Didn't get the usual post-Chinese-food msg coma either, which was a pleasant surprise. Bathrooms were clean. I would come back and like the authentic food.

insta: dmv_reels Good Taipei food! We went late so some of the food was not available. But their dessert was on point! Would go back for sure.

This place reminds me of the restaurants in Taiwan. Amazing flavors and good- sized portions. I've only been able to find this place serving mushroom thick noodle soup (with pork or squid) and I love that dish! Their fried chicken, fried intestine, and noodles tastes authentic to the Asian palate, and you know it's always good when the wait staff can understand you in Chinese. Free parking lot on the side of the building and easy to walk to the place. It's small, so make a reservation if you have a big party. Wait times are not so bad for small groups.
