Edit: I came back due to the $1 coupon from the BK app and honestly nothing has changed for the last 15 years. I posted a photo of the poor quality of food they serve. The same as usual. They are always late even when I order 10-20 min in advance. I have done multiple surveys. It is a waste of your time. The validation code is more expensive than the online coupons. This place continues to be a joke. Old Review: DON'T PAY A KING'S RANSOM! Their quality of food is dishonorable and has been this way for well over a decade. The burgers are not even broiled anymore,they are microwaved,they are always under a heat lamp,the produce is always spoiled and the bread is always crushed. I don't even bother with this forgotten franchise anymore. How the mighty have fallen. It would be a crime and punishment to serve this to anyone much less the homeless.

Had to repeat order 4 times couldn't keep up, at a SLOW pace. The girl shouldn't have been on the drive-through either new or needs new training and this made the line extremely long. Give employees the education to perform the job or put them where they will succeed. After the long wait we did get a free pie and the young lady gave my husband and I both one and the manager in front of us reprimanded her saying only 1 per car. Bad customer service. Atleast do that away from the customers if you are going to do it.
