Order was incomplete, none of the food was good but most unsatisfying was the “steak” keto salad. It had no steak, very little greens and cheese and very little guacamole. Basically it was greens drenched in hot sauce. Not happy at all with this location. Definitely will be going to the Riverside location from now on.

I go here and get chicken no other meat. And today I wanted chicken tacos instead of a bowl and the chicken tasted old and burnt up! impossible to not notice it .the veggies were good tho

I would not recommend this location, especially if you want to place an order through the app. I frequent this location often and my food has been stolen at least FIVE times off the shelf. When I have tried calling they never picked up.

Great tasting healthy food. Ordered ahead, hot and ready when I got there. Be sure to add guacamole to your dinner. Tastes great and a super food! Barbacoa is my favorite!

My son order 3 soft tacos. He asked the staff if meat was burnt being pervious visit the chickenwas burnt. The staff spoke spanish and my son understood the language. The staff spoke offense about him. My son came back told me what she said. I asked for manager no one came to speak with me and staff went to the back.

So awful service, the lady who was serving the food with such a bad attitude, OMG, listen managers and clients, you need to doble check which people are you hiring and customers, I don’t recommend this restaurant!!! Awful awful service!!! This is disgusting!!!! I am tired to complaint about this restaurant and the workers they don’t care at all, they serve poor food like it’s was free when we are paying!!! I won’t come back here!!! And if any friend or family ask me for sure I will make sure they don’t come. You don’t deserve to have customer when you hire unprofessional people.

Always love the food, the service was very poor today the person at the register was not at the register I gave it a while but our food sat out getting cold. When I said something her and the coworker gave an attitude .

I have ordered from this Chipotle 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times they messed up my order. 1st time, I ordered 2 bowls and they were not even half full. I sent a picture and comment to customer service and they happily sent me 2 BOGO coupons. 2nd order was fine. Today I went to use the coupon from them messing up the first time and the order is completely wrong! The order wasnt even close lol. Did not order sour cream and it has SO much sour cream lol. It was barely full and ICE cold.it was also late. They refused to send a correct order and said I would have to drive out to get it. Instead they refunded my order thankfully.Im happy they did, but I am very dissatisfied and won't be going back to this location. I've been to many different Chipotle locations and have never had this problem. Rockford location is NOT the best to say the least.
