My favorite place the food is delicious especially the seafood crepe shrimp Angela and shrimp Rosemary everything is out of this world we do our Christmas Eve dinner there every year

We had dinner last night at Luzzi's. It was excellent! From Appetizers, Salad, Dinner, Dessert! From beginning to end! The server was at our beck and call. Highly recommend! We will diffently be returning! Great Job Danny!

We took my husband to dinner last night for his Birthday , everything we had was amazing, we all had Spaghetti dinners. The sauce was perfect! We even had dessert the chocolate Mousse was outstanding the apple desert was heaven, highly recommend! And we also had after dinner cordials. Michele was our waitress ,she was the perfect host, she was so helpful and took her time explaining any questions we had. Came back to our table , when she noticed our drinks were empty. We never felt rushed. It was a perfect night! A relaxing night! Thank you all ! Can't wait to return!
Absolutely the best Italian food around! There is no comparison!!! Terrific food, terrific staff and terrific owners! If you haven't tried it I highly recommend it!

Family favorite!! We've celebrated many holidays and special events there and it's our go to restaurant for a night out. Food is always consistent, hot and delicious. Service is wonderful!! Used them for catered events as well.... Perfect every time!

The tomato mozzarella and Onions is my favorite appetizer in the world. The vodka sauce is unbelievable. I've never been disappointed coming here. Can't wait to be back next time :-)

Luzzi's is probably our favorite restaurant. You can't go wrong with anything you order. Their bread, garlic butter, house salad, appetizers, and any dinner is fabulous. I suggest if you want a nice Italian restaurant with a nice atmosphere then try Luzzi's Hibernia Inn you will be glad you did.

Delicious Italian food! We loved everything we got and had plenty of pasta leftovers for lunch the next day. Would recommend the penne vodka!
This was a great place to have a quiet dinner with my significant other. The prices were a little high, but we knew that going into it and the food was great. Staff were friendly... a little slow, but friendly.
My only concern was the attire they allowed into the place. There is a sign on the door clearly indicating appropriate attire for the dining room, which states no t-shirts. There were multiple males in there with t-shirts, gym shorts, and sneakers, as well as women in there with tank tops and ripped jeans. It was disappointing to see this in the dining room on a Sunday evening and a turn off that clearly rules are not enforced at this establishment.

Food was very good had the stuffed grouper, and she had the salmon, also had the cosmopolitan appetizer, and the eggplant appetizer, we very much enjoyed the food, although portions were on the smaller size, with a spoonful of ziti as a side, like a tease, LOL. Anyway don't count on taking any leftovers home.

In my culinary travels, I have found that there are very few great Italian restaurants. However, the Hibernia Inn is the exception. We have lived in Morris country for over 35 years and just discovered this hidden gem. Upon arrival, our hostess Rosemary greeted us with a warm welcome and seated us promptly. My husband ordered the Shrimp & Scallops Toscana and I, the Donnici. When I requested that chicken be substituted for veal, the kitchen happily made the accommodation. We also had a complementary sample of the soft-shell crab. The service was friendly and attentive, but it was the food that earned the 5 star award. Both dishes were incredible to say the least! The portions were more than ample and enabled us to feast a second time. The chicken, shrimp and scallops were all very tender and served in a Marsala cream sauce that was to die for! My entrée was accompanied by the best Scalloped potatoes I’ve ever eaten. In sum, we had an amazing dinner and will be looking forward to more in the future
The food is amazing and consistent. If you go must try the potato crusted grouper. It is incredible. 👍

The food was excellent. Fresh ingredients, original take on menu items. The service was wonderful as well. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5? We had reservations for 6:30 and was not seated until 7:05.
Hello! I brought my parents here on Wednesday. It was their first time coming out since COVID hit, so I really wanted to give them a good meal. Aside from the food being absolutely incredible, (literally would cater my wedding from this place,) our server Melissa was the kindest, happiest and most helpful person! She did so great and we hope to get her again. Anyways, the food is epic and I will be back. (my boyfriend's family has been going there for 30 years so that is how I found out about it!)

I ordered takeout from here tonight and it was ah-mazing! We had steak and stuffed shrimp which were delicious, but that potato gratin... I could have eaten a whole plate of just that. Salads were delish as was the crusty bread. They even threw in two pieces of what looks like fudge as a treat. So thoughtful! Service was equally wonderful from our order being taken, to being carefully packed and delivered to my car. Thank you Hibernia Inn!!
Great diner, recently renovated. Food is good and isn't priced bad either.
Edit: just realized I left this review at the Hibernia inn not Hibernia diner but the score still stands at 5 stars. Hibernia inn is very nice and has been around a long time.
STILL OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT
We just went to Luzzi's Hibernia Inn for their Prime Rib night. They do it 4-5 times per year. All I can say is AMAZING!! The Prime Rib was to die for, the service was superb,,and the portion was so big, I had enough for lunch the next day. Danny Luzzi is usually there making sure everything is perfect and as usual it was. We will be back for the next one... This is probably our favorite restaurant. We have been going there for years and I always get the Shrimp Parmesan. An amazing dish. You have to try the Mozzarella , Roasted peppers and caramelized onions. Its an appetizer that is through the roof. The house salad is served ice cold and the plates are frozen... I've never seen that in any other restaurant.
Even if you are not close to Hibernia (North of Rockaway NJ) NJ, it is worth the trip!!!
Cozy "Vermont feeling" restaurant. The owner Ro and the staff are warm, friendly and attentive to customers and the deliciuos food they serve. The diners around us were all as warm and inviting as the staff. A definite repeat placeto go.
Had the arrabiata pasta, tasted great. The seafood crepe appetizer was also very good. Service is a little slower paced than usual but the waitress let us know up front.
One of our fav places! Love the Grouper and salmon. You can get dishes made several ways to your liking! Love the complimentary chocolate for dessert! So yum!
