Fratelli Express - A Slice Of Italy

The worst expérience!!!! Ive had in my life... I ordered food through door dash. I did not see my order confirmed through app site so i called the resturant to make sure that my order was placed. The lady that i spoke with stated that they did not have the order. I advised her that fratelli's through doordash had already taken my order with email confirmation in which they have received my money and my money. At this point a guy got on the phone saying that they did not receive my order. I asked him how, what, when, and why. The guy on the phone handed the phone back over to a lady in wich then she spoke to my wife...Disrespected my wife..Then the other guy got back on the phone and said your order was received after telling me to have DD (door dash) refund my money.. ONLY BECAUSE i had a email confirmation to confirm that the order was received....Now it was received... 🤨 I asked the name in whom i was speaking with, the lady on the line this time said she had the name of the last person i spoke with as if she was transferring me to a manager... i spoke with the same i spoke with originally and at this point, i knew they were playing games. .I kept asking for a (first) name, the lady on the phone said, "why" i advised her that i need the name because i wanted to discuss my concerns with a manager. Next, the line hangs up. They hang up!!!! I DROVE TO THE RESTURANT to speak with a manager. There was a guy that came out the back and stated that he was the manager. He sounded like the guy that i spoke with earlier and i told him what happened, he states " if they hang up, then im going to handle it" The way he presented it was uncarring, unapologetic, unprofessional, all the above. I told him that i didnt pay almost 100 dollars for food to be hang up when trying to address my concerns "the correct way" and very displeased. This dude proceeds to tell me to get out of his resturant and say he was going to call the police. He stated ,i was threatening his employee. I seen "the narrative " in which he was trying to plot... i turned and walked out and told him i was going to report him here, BBB,ect..... As i walked out... this dude follows me saying he was going to call the police and filed a "FALSE" report saying that i threatened his employee!!! Long story short.. HE LIED!!!! POOOOR SERVICE...I spoke with the officer...advised him to review the security camera and listen to what occured only for the officer to tell me he DID NOT say that i threatened him and that he did not want anything to occur because nothing like that happened. He lied. Please do not go to this resturant if you dont want to be lied too, hang up on, disrespected, then to get the police called on you with lies because you advise him that you will report your unkind experience with this resturant. THE WORST EVER!!! GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!! I WISH HE WOULD HAVE follow ed through BECAUSE 110% a défamation suit would have been filed and more!!! The officer was speachless... DO NOT GO🚫🚫🚫

This is a terrible place for food and service. First off all they have no ice for your drinks when we ask for ice his reply is "have to go next door to get some do you want me to really have to go get some. The second is our pizza is cold and under cooked all the way around its gross and a wasted of money.
