Enjoyed the food. The service was a little slow. Called 3 "to go" lunch orders in 30 min ahead and still had to wait a good bit before I could leave with it. There were not that many people seated/eating in. Probably more a sign of the times than anything else. Everyone was really nice and the food was very good. Will return.

Always a pleasant lunch at Michael's Grill! The atmosphere is relaxing, the service is wonderful and the food is consistently delicious (my favorite is the ginger salmon salad).
My niece had the additional birthday treat of being serenaded by the chef - very impressive!👏👏👏

I understand wanting the work day to be over. But, in this instance, I think the behavior of the cook staff was unprofessional. I arrived at 7:00 pm (the restaurant closes at 8) and listened to the cook staff yell and curse about being ready to get the “f” out and say repeatedly that they weren’t going to cook anymore. As I was the only one seated inside, I also heard, when I ordered and the waitress took the ticket to the back, the cook line staff tell the waitress to tell me they are out of what I ordered because they didn’t want to make it, which honestly, if they needed to turn the fryer off etc I would have been fine to order another dish. But, instead of something being directly said to me, I sat and listened to complaints about my order for about five minutes. The food was fine, but when you go to a restaurant, it’s not only the food but the experience, as well, that factor in to a decision to return. Honestly, the experience made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. I know my business doesn’t mean much, but I won’t be back.

My baked "dijon salmon" was delish (as well as the fried squash), but my niece's blackened salmon over angel hair w cream sauce "took the cake"!!
