I had a bit of an accident where I managed to knock my latte over my colleague. The staff were so very quick to react, bringing blue roll and cloths to tidy my colleague and clear up the mess. They also replaced my drink and lemon tart, which got covered too, free of charge. Thank you, from a very embarrassed and mortified customer.
(I was very concerned for my colleague in case she was burnt from the hot coffee - thankfully, she wasn't.)

It's fine and we use it about 1 in 3 when we go to Rochester which is often but there are better cafes than this and if we can get a seat at the Cheese Cafe we go there.
