Always love the food in here. Not always sure I'm cool enough to be in there though! 🤭

The Cafe, "The Seaplane Works," is a gem of a place to visit. Situatated on Rochester High Street near to Crow Lane. You are garenteed of warm welcome and smile. The service is friendly and genuine. The menu is Vegan or Vegetarian and extensive. It is the cafe to settle down and enjoy a great time. A must visit place during a trip to Rochester.

Great place for a lazy Sunday brunch. They have amazing coffee, even though it's out in the countryside it's better than most things you'll find in the City. We had two cups each. And the avocado toast is great as well, very nutty and delicious. Highly recommend.

Lovely earthy kinda place to stop and recharge the batteries :-) Inside is a little quirky in a non-cosmetic kinda way and rings true with the 'less is more' ideology. Plenty of local Seaplane history to view too. Vegan/vegetarian menu with great tea and coffee options. Dog friendly :-))))

Beth does the best Cappucino’s in Kent. Ben Is horrible to me. His singing is also not great, but he tries; I guess. The food and ambience make up for Ben.

Upon entering The Seaplane Works the coffee aroma hits you immediately, and then the wonderful smells of home cooked food tickle your senses in a most delightful way. The decor is pleasant and the seating and tables are of times long past, and with a little imagination you could be in a factory canteen at Shorts Brothers on the magnificent River Medway. As the first line suggests , the coffee is excellent and really quite strong (even for me). The food is great with plenty of vegan options and where possible Fair Trade produce is used. The Seaplane Works is in the historic City of Rochester.

Ok coffee..chatty, friendly, place...not tried food yet.My only grump? VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS. OUCH! Tried food ...healthy and tasty. Plenty of veggie type meals . which can be enjoyed by non veggies too. This is worth a visit. Loo down stairs a little difficult to access if you have walking or eyesight problems. Overall points from ten ? Nine .
