The reason for the 3-stars is because of the food. We had ordered a large double pepperoni pizza which was “meh”, Buffalo chicken wings which were foul, the cinnamon dough bites which were pretty good, and a coke which was warm. Overall the food is what you expected but the wings were disgusting. I’
I placed a large order, every single item was burned. There is no way when my order included a cracker crust pizza, hoagie, & pasta bowl that they were all burned without other orders also being burned. Guy who answered gave me a big sigh & put me on hold. Came back on & told me only thing they cou
31.45 for a large 1 topping and 1 medium 1 topping! Ridiculous! Arrived almost an hour later, cold. 1 large and 1 medium, got 2, 8 cut pizzas, even though one 8 cut was in a large box. Never again!
This was the worse experience I've ever had ordering a pizza from anywhere. My pizza arrived on time but was cold and was a wet soggy mess piled up in the center of the box. I will never order from here ever again.
UPDATE: This store is just awesome. The workers in store and the delivery people are just great people. Pizzas are always fresh, hot, most importantly CORRECT. What a great improvement since my initial review. Great job guys/gals!

They're gonna charge $3.99 for delivery then drop it off at the doorstep like a newspaper? I don't think so. Your customers deserve better service than that. I will not do business with them until they stop that.
Every time we order they drive 25 min one way in the opposite direction to beaver falls when we live right across the bridge in Monaca. Our pizza always takes almost an hour or longer from the time they leave the store. This will be my last order from them.
