The good is always nasty so are the workers with their attitudes & uniforms doing with the cleanliness of the store and they are extremely slow in drive thru, 90% of the time my order is wrong especially with the sandwiches, also they don't change their gloves street touching everything I'm very disappointed in management responsibility, the appearances of the employees is disturbing some look like they can't even spell, my reason for saying that not to sound like a bully but need to be taken into consideration, and come to work clean! Burger King has not improved since the 80s & 90s when I worked there, you need people who are fast, polite & responsible that is so this is for the Rochester NH store

The absolute worst King that I have been to and I have been to quite a few. I realize this was a training night, so there were errors expected, (charged for 3 fries-got 2 and missing O.Rings-didn't know how to print receipt-all food was cold) but we pulled into a line with 5 cars and received our food 34 minutes later and this was on a Tuesday night at 8:30!! Since there is no way to get out of line once in line, because the driveway is 1 car width, we were stuck! I am sure the staff was doing their best but it is obvious that district management and ownership don't care! If I could give a half rating I would have!!!

Paid over $6 for a fish sandwich this evening that clearly wasn't even cooked today; it was old, dry, crusty and cold. I didn't expect such a terrible sandwich just after 5pm before the Friday dinner rush. I was home when I opened it , a few miles beyond the establishment.........So horrible, I threw it away. I'd give this place a zero if I could. I'll never go back.

So I just left location about 10 minutes ago and although they were very close to closing time I have to say my whopper was very fresh fries were hot perfectly Salted, I know sometimes at certain restaurants it’s a 50-50 chance but this night crew was very great the guy at the register through drive-through was very nice and the manager had everything nice and fresh very much appreciated it’s great to have fresh food nothing worse than getting not fresh food thanks guys keep up the great work

Visited 12/20/21 and it’s a year and a half into the pandemic and they shut their dining room down again! I did a mobile order and when I went to pick it up I had to wait in a 40 minute drive through line to get the food instead of being able to go inside and pick it up. I would have cancelled if that was an option and never have ordered in the first place. The line moved extremely slow for fast food. McDonald’s down the street is a way better experience. I was craving BK but never again coming here.

Used to be absolutely disgusting. Looks like they restaffed. The food is finally edible, only complaint and not much of one because I don't mind a bit of a wait is that they are a little slower

People take fast food for granted. Everywhere you turn there is some national chain ready to trade your money for their "food". And, these transactions are often so brief and impersonal that it is easy to forget that you are interacting with actual human beings (for now). People become cogs in the fast food machine like flesh and blood robots churning out product.
This kind of work environment lends itself to employees who are there because they don't have any other options. So, when you run into a restaurant where the employees consistently seem like they want to be there it is worth acknowledging. The Burger King in Rochester is such a place. I've seen seen tired people. I've seen busy people. But, I've never seen people who looked like they were strongly weighing the pros and cons of not coming back from break.
I specifically wanted to give a shout out to the man who opened today, 1/15/2022. I didn't catch his name but this guy is a true MVP. When I arrived, I didnt see a car and thought it was closed. I nearly left right then but I'm glad I didn't. As it turned out, this god among fry cooks had braved subzero temperatures via bike to make sure that I got the best darned Eggnormous Burrito I ever had. I know he wasn't there specifically for me but it kind of felt that way.
