Tim Hortons

This location opens at 5 a.m. But they don't have half of the menu ready at 5:30 a.m. I would chalk it up to pandemic type staffing levels, but it has happened more than once. They are just lazy. I have gone to other Tim Horton's locations at the same time in the morning and I have not had a single issue with their full selection of items being ready. This location also has unfriendly staff. I'm not saying you need to make small talk, but at least a "hi, welcome to...." would suffice. But no, the staff here greets you with "what do you want" or "what can I get you" in an annoyed tone of voice. I will not be back to this location.

We used to stop here Saturday mornings for doughnuts. Due to Covid for the past 2 years we've gone through the drive through. Lately things have been going down hill. About half the time our doughnut orders are wrong in the box even though I specify at the speaker. Last weekend when I got to the window, the guy quickly took my credit card, charged me, handed me a coffee I didn't order, and told me to have a nice day. When I explained we ordered half a dozen doughnuts, and timbits, a bagel, and coffee, he became frazzled and it seemed like they got the orders mixed up and he had given my entire order to someone else. Not only did it take forever, I was never even refunded for the first order I was charged for incorrectly. Pre Covid times the staff seemed to know how to run a drive through line and a lobby, but clearly the employees can't handle both at this location. I'll just go somewhere else on Saturday mornings.

This location is close to my home, but trying to get in and out is horrible because of traffic. Food is good on most days but meh on others. Handing me a hot coffee without a sleeve is a recipe for disaster 😩. I get the croissant with egg and cheese only because they took away the turkey sausage years ago. Hashbrowns are tasty when hot.

I was there today may 30 2022 at 11am and I waited inside for ten mins while people ahead of me had to wait on food . I wasn't ordering food I only wanted 3 LG coffee. They had four people working and only one up front. I said can I please get helped I'm only ordering coffee not food. The manager said we go one order at a time. So I said that's dumb I worked at a tim hortons and you take the next order while you wait on the food orders it makes more sense and your line moves faster. He proceeds to tell me we are not serving coffee anymore. And refused to serve me. I called corporate put in a complaint. Now I wait to hear back from them.

I literally go here every morning, my drink never looks are taste the same. I understand is a busy location and COVID staffing problems. I really do, as I'm in the service industry myself. But is just ridiculous, This morning I went to get my self a coffee and they straight made the completly worng thing and gave me which I think is the new oak milk stuff and it was AWFUL. Especially when your expecting a Carmel ice coffee I was at work by the time I realized it wasnt what I asked for, go to call and nobody answered.
