You should not have somebody on the drive thru that can't understand English. Butchered my order multiple times and had to correct them after every word. STILL got my order wrong. Manager is worthless and should not have a job that requires customer service that she is clueless on how to provide. Overpriced as well. 100% price gouging. Pictured is the large fry I got with NOTHING eaten out of it at this point. This location is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. Imagine being on a power trip working at McDonald's and thinking you're God's gift to this earth. Disgusting employee treatment. Disgusting food. Go out of your way a whole mile and go to another location.

This location sucks! They make their own hours, which change daily depending on the staffing issues that they have. On more than 1 occasion I’ve sat in the drive thru for minutes before realizing no one was even working- despite it being “open 24/7”. Also, the owner decides to close the dining area as convenient for her. If the drive thru line is too long, don’t bother going inside, because the owner will likely have locked the dining area doors. Go to the McDonald’s off Five Points Drive. Better service for sure!

Made a mobile order for breakfast and Change over happened while I was in line.
They could have told me no and had me order lunch, but instead they made it anyway.
Not sure if that's normal, but either way I appreciate it. Would recommend.

They said drivers have to come inside and not through the drive thru to pick up food. even though the drive thru is empty and 0 customers. I guess it’s asking to much to hand the bag out the window to make my trip faster.

I really just can't anymore deal with this franchise. My food is NEVER right and I almost feel bad. But, how can you when you tell them exactly what you want and you special request it and EVEN wait and it's still wrong. I'm done with fast terrible food. I'M DONE !!!

The food tasted like old bland dirt. I can appreciate a business owner trying to make a profit but 3 month old fryer oil is not the way. Every single item of food was cold and had an awful aftertaste. At least they moved the drive through quickly so I could be disappointed just a little bit sooner:)
