Really great subs! I went here for a date recently and haven’t had them for a while since all the locations around me have closed. Their fresh lemonade is great too and I have never had a bad meal or experience at this business! Seems like a decent place to work as well with a friendly crew!

This has always been a favorite but I have to say since Bernie sold out it's not a +5 star anymore. Order on the phone they tell you 15-20 minutes and you arrive in 10 to luke warm food. Also, the quality has dropped from always excellent to sometimes good. What the menu shows vs what is delevered is two different worlds. Just look at the pictures. Order a grilled italian and you get what ever they throw in, mine had coleslaw instead of lettuce, skimpy on the cold cuts hardly any onions or bannana pepppers and 1 slice of tomatoe on each half of a 9" sub. I should rate a 1 but am being generous. 2 pictures follow, what I received vs what I should have received.

Penn Station is my Husbands and my favorite sub shop. The food is great and the people are even better. When I'm in a bad mood, my husband knows to bring me there. It's a deli sub joint. Fries are made to order. You can see them put a potato in the slicer and then cook it. It's super delish. Also, their homemade cookies are oh so good. I would recommend Penn Station to everyone. The Penn Station in downtown Rochester is the best. Maybe because it's the original Penn Station. I love the grilled Italian sub the best. Yummy.

There was a small hiccup with the pickup. I was told my order was not ready. Waited 10 min more. When I asked again, they discovered my sandwich was ready the whole time and was sitting on the rack getting cold. But my food was still delicious.

I've been attended by a pretty rude girl, and the order was incorrect. The fries were burnt and she all the time was rude. I've bee there a few times but this time was a pretty bad expirience. This one was in the evening.

If I ever try Penn Station again it will not be at this location. All of the employees here seemed to just not give a flying #^<"* about wanting to actually work there. And the whole set up is just odd, place your order but then go down the line to pay, where there isn't actually anyone there to help you pay. The flavors of the subs were decent, but poorly put together and my sub fell apart in my hand trying to eat it. If I'm going to spend money on a sub or sandwhich I'd rather go to Chadd's Bistro down the way.

Lorenzo was amazing! I don't eat chicken, cow, or pig, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a good option. Lorenzo kindly recommended the artichoke sub, and read the ingredients to me to make sure I could eat everything, and then offered to add mushrooms. It was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had! Their fries were amazing! The lemonade was divine! Lorenzo came to check on us during our meal and continued to be incredibly kind and efficient! This place is top-notch! I just wish I could tip on my credit card!

Food is ok. WAY overpriced. The place is run by young kids so the service is about what you'd expect. Won't be back.
