not gonna lie, this is not my typical experience at this location but I ordered a few things today with a few special instructions (extra that, no this) and everything in my order was perfect. Good service, correct and fresh food, quick line, etc. Very happy, maybe changed management? Thank you

Unprofessional!! Bad customer service!!Everyday in the morning they have an unprofessional excuse they are supposedly low staffed, they don’t open the doors for customers to walk in just for car pull-ups…knowing they have high school teacher and students next to them , there’s construction workers on main st and it’s summer.. there sales goes sky rocket!The management needs to change ASAP!!! . Because this is every day thing they do this..If you have a sign at the doors saying open at 6am it needs to be open!!.. McDonald’s makes billions of dollars! And you give a excuse of short staff! Sweetie please!

Not the greatest McDonald’s I’ve been to. You either get there and are helped immediately or you’re in line for 20+ minutes as the overworked staff try to keep up. Expect your order to be wrong 75% of the time. Also, their sign blew off with the last storm months ago so it’s crummy to look at when driving by. Prefer the one on East Ave a lot more.

Every time I’ve been here, it’s been bad. Food takes forever, don’t even try to use the app, and the employees literally do not care — which, fine, I get it, but it makes this location insufferable.

I came to this McDonald's at 9pm and turned around .it always looks closed the lights are never on .parking lot lights don't work either this is horrible for customers and employees something can happen in the parking lot and know one will know..don't look safe they need to do better in fixing this problem or they will loose lots of customer .bad for business.

Purchase a Mc chicken and a bacon double cheeseburger thruw the drive thruw. So there was no mc chicken in the at and no bacon on the double cheeseburger. Calling the place and no freaking body answer the phone.
