The quality has gone way down. The only thing right in my order were the eggs. Even the pancakes were bad. I was charged for extra home fries and did not get them. My chicken fried steak was a tile almost inedible. I got no gravy for it. When I called them to tell them they said that as far as the

Horrible experience overall, ordered chicken and waffles and without even telling me they were out of chicken tenders while ordering they substituted it for chicken nuggets. So the main course of my meal was completely wrong.

It's IHOP, but the staff is very nice, extremely accommodating, all around great. The food is cooked how you want it every time, the waitstaff is very pleasant, and the restaurant is always very clean.
