So 2 stars is only based on the food. Which aside from being the correct order and doing the job of feeding me was ok. The service was decent to …….until I sat down to look around. The floor was sopping wet as they had just mopped but they had the wet floor sign on a dry spot. Some one could slip and hurt them selves. Then the same employee who was cleaning the dining room went to restock the drink area she put the lids and other necessities on the counter restocked the station and didn’t wipe down after. That would have been fine but then maybe 5-10 minutes later a person who I assume is the manager I’m not sure went to fill the ice machine and broke SO many OSHA rules and just common sense rules like don’t stand on a slippery counter to fiddle with the ice machine. I was gonna refill my drink but not anymore. For your health stay as far away from this one as humanly possible.

They want everyone to order their own stuff using a kiosk... that really takes forever. Thankfully a guy came out to help the customer at the kiosk. Still took forever. Then another guy asked me if I needed help. So he took my order at the counter. What they really need is to stop yapping waiting for orders to come in and take the orders from the people who are there!

Please fix the pop machine, the Coke is not as good as it used to be. It's starting to taste like burger kings (not good!). Giving 3 stars because the food is good, but my whole point of going to McDonald's is for decent Coke. Edit... the Coke has gotten worse!!! It's so watered down!!!

This place always closes at least 15-20 minutes early. They have the worst service of any McDonald's here in Rochester. I have attempted to order a latte 3 separate occasions in the evening 1.5 or 2 hours prior to closing and they tell me they've shut the latte machine down for the night. I left and went to another McDonald's and got it just fine. I now drive out of my way to go to another McDonald's to avoid this one.

It's busy and kids love to play here. The best thing is that they have both chocolate and vanilla ice cream cones. If you are adventurous they can make you a swirl cone. (Both chocolate and vanilla!) Have a great time!

Meh, its MC DONALD'S for crying out loud. There fast food. Good on orders, good for speedy food pic up. Not the best In quality, but hey... at least they get give and make food fast! The guy infront of us payed! So kind😁.

Drove all the way home (didn't check bag like 😒)My daughter's sammich was missing, she started crying. Drove alllll the way back. Got the sandwich and asked for a free $1 item for the time I had to take to drive back. And they denied me ): a whole $1 and some odd cents of something...cheap. go to a different McDonald's.
