The 2 young employees working this evening are above courteous, professional, and communicative. My sandwiches were overloaded they kept em neat, clean, and very well wrapped. Tried using the drive through to minimize exposure, had a few sandwiches to order so we expected it to take a little while. The women helping started off very nice but after the second sandwich started to get rude. It was hard to understand what she was saying (I understand it was probably because of mask wearing) so we asked if it would be easier if wr come into the store and finish our order. She sounded very annoyed and insisted she could do the orders over the speaker. Instead of doing one sandwich at a time she went back and fourth, which I understand, but it began to get really confusing what she was asking and she kept having an attitude and being rude.The sandwiches toppings all got messed up and placed on the wrong sandwichs because of the confusion. Once we got to the window she continued to shake her head and ring us u. Although she did end it was a "have a good day"
Not trying to be a karen just really didn't appreciate the attitude especially when we understood it's hard to make the sandwiches through the drive through, and we were willing to come inside. In previous experiences I've had very friendly staff but the employee today was not having it

I eat at Subway 2-3 times a week and last night I had the worst experience at this Subway, my family and I came in at 8 o’clock, they close at 9, the guy seemed very irritated and had an attitude as soon as we walked in the door, he said they were out of toppings & so 4/5 of our sandwiches were not how we make them, I always thought they had more ingredients in the back ready to go, but I guess not! He was just throwing our sandwich to gather and couldn’t wait to get us out of there, my sons sandwich that was just thrown together/meat hanging off, I will not be going to this Subway again!

Poor service, went into drive through asked for double meat and didn’t get it and was charged for it. They came to the window and told me it was double meat when it was not. I showed the person the sandwich and they replied yeah that’s double meat, which it definitely not I get the same thing every time. Will no longer go to that subway ever again!!

7:30pm on a friday gotta be the slowest subway ive ever been too, not a car in the parking lot. One person in the store in line.-they walked in and we're waiting after I'd already been waiting in the driveway through for 10 min. Finally after I said hello a rude voice said "just wait! it'll be another 25 min, I have you, 5 phone orders and a lady in front of you in the store".....really?!?!....never going to that subway ever again waste of time. I was warned about this subway by numerous amounts of people for being rude and slow. Understaffed, under fed, unacceptable subway...the disrespect...just unreal.

I go here a lot for my work lunch. They have always been great. But today I got pop and ended up spilling some on my shirt (my fault). But when it dried my shirt was discolored like it got bleach water on it. I don't know if they clean the pop machine with bleach but it got in my pop and is now making me feel sick.

I’ve had good experiences going to this one when I’ve gone inside to order but decided to go through drive this time, the lady told me it would be a couple minutes which I was cool with. After 5 minutes I said “hello” just to see if they had forgotten me, no answer, so I waited a couple more and got another silent response. 10 minutes waiting as first in line at a dive thru is crazy and I ended up leaving cause I still wasn’t even getting a “thanks for being so patient, we’re sorry blah blah blah”. And the thing is I could see inside slightly and didn’t understand why it was taking so long, even if there was a slight line you don’t make drive thru wait until that’s gone.
