Domino's Pizza

The team here has always provided the perfect pizza for us. Just as ordered! Many times!! The access is fairly easy. The egress is very easy. I use the Domino's app which is okay most of the time but sometimes it just fails. I've not been able to cash in a tip reward yet. The yummy pizza sure makes up for it!

So I called and placed a order to have delivered to me and when I did there was a guy who was taking my order. When I was ordering I asked the guy on the phone if they have any thing with out the crust. Cause I'm a diabetic I just wanted another option and he put me on hold I said okay. He didn't come back for 15 minutes. Then I said okay I just want some garlic parm wings and a 2 liter of diet coke. Delivery comes he was awesome. But I get my order and it was break sticks. So the delivery driver then called them and got my order fixed. Management needs replaced.

I've ordered from this place as a daily customer, and I never had any problems with them, but the guy on the phone was a in bad mood and was rude. When I tried to ask for any deals going on that'll go with my order and ,he just hung up after saying yeah. This is not an appropriate attitude with someone trying to simply ask a question about a deal.

Had a good review up until they decided they did not need to deliver to apartments anymore, just the entryways. My building is full of elderly and disabled people, and less then 2 mins drive from the store, and yet they refused to deliver to the door even though I am handicapped. Called the store and was told it is their policy. Will simply never order from them again. Have gone to other places the last couple times instead. This is Rochester, and people downtown have reasons for being there, either because people in hotels and buildings have medical issues. Refusing to deliver to the door when you take a delivery fee and get tipped is just terrible service. They lost a long time customer.

Horrible, paid about 80.00 for large order and never received it...1 star is too high. They agreed to make food the next day instead but then couldn't either cause it was no longer on their KDS screen even though they could see it was paid for. They ended up refunding money to card....what a joke it was. Trying to feed staff at work and ended up both days with no food. Very disappointing 😞

I waited 5 minute at the register before being acknowledged and assisted,. Not to mention there were 3 people near the register who saw me at the register. The person who took my money was very dismissive, rude, and he seemed like he did not want to help me. I just wanted to pay pizza in cash and get going.
