Buffalo Wild Wings

Far from regulars, a gift card got us stopping by and trying out this well established causal sports bar and eatery. Known for their wings and tenders, burgers, wraps, appetizers, sandwiches, salads and a full bar offering a variety of mixed drinks and domestics and crafts all on tap. Our server was personable and soon we had drinks and our order of Ultimate Nachos was in. As quick as our order arrived, so was the lady who dropped the platter and ran. No questions asked. So began the fun of trying to get our server back to the table, as he seemed more interested in bussing tables then tending to his paying patrons. The tables did need attention but didn’t justify three staff that were doing it. First attempt, all on our effort, got him back to get us plates and more napkins. Second attempt, nearly had to throw out a leg to trip him as he passed our table repeatedly without stopping. We ordered a drink from the bar. Halfway thru our meal, more passing of our server, but the line of empty glasses clustered close to the edge of our table was not sufficient enough of a clue that we needed and wanted drink refills. We only had enough energy to once again gain his attention to get our bill. The Ultimate Nachos were a sizable appetizer that easily fed two. It came with a good bed of house-made tortilla chips topped with hatch queso, cheddar-Jack cheese, house-made pico de gallo, pickled hot peppers, cilantro, crema drizzled on top , salsa on the side and a choice of meat. Our choice was the brisket, that was a bit gristly and fatty. Overall the food was good, nice proportion and pleasing presentation. We especially enjoyed our Red Bull Sunrise, with Sauza Gold tequila, Red Bull watermelon, lime sour, passion fruit and fresh lime. Kudos to the bartender. Maybe we should have sat back there and got some attention.

I stopped in for an order pick up yesterday evening. When I got there I'd realized they didn't advertise curbside pickup and being super pregnant I was super swollen and couldn't get shoes on my feet. I called and a sweet girl named Ava answered. I started to explain I had an order for pick up and she offered to bring it out to me. It seems so simple, but I am soooo grateful for Ava going above and beyond for me. OF COURSE in this day and age I don't carry cash and I didn't even have change to tip her with. Please please please when you work with Ava TIP HER WELL! She deserves it!

I gave three stars because I love the food but the last two times I’ve been here I’ve had the same waitress, Payton, and both times she forgot to put someone’s order in at my table. The first time it was my order and the second time it was my friend’s. I’m not sure what’s so hard about putting in an order, especially because we watched her right it down. If the kitchen messed it up, she should be checking before bringing food out.

The Asian zing is always a favorite. But I loved the location. They were a bit slow on the order, but everything was as ordered, hot and ready for me to take out. The establishment is clean and the staff are friendly. Wings of course were prepared correctly with extra sauce if one wanted there’s not so dry. All in all I recommend this location for family and friends. The location is also pretty convenient.

We ordered for takeout an hour ahead of time. When we arrived they said it would be another 10-15 minutes. Have been waiting an hour now. Said they missed it. Not happy. Update - Apparently the DoorDash guy took off with our original order without checking it first. He was back looking for the proper order by the time we got a replacement.

Very slow waited 30 mins when we walked in to get my drinks. My husband and kids had there drinks before I got my strawberry lemonade my server Tyler never gave me a drink at all I had to ask Elaina to grab me my drink she was amazing ! our server only came to our table 2 times and it was a slow night there was probably four other families and there was another server on ! Never coming back to get location
