With a name like Snappy- you expect fast service. Not Jimmy Johns type fast, but quicker than Culvers speed where you wait so long you forget what you even ordered when they bring it out. Very limited menu. Disappointed the shakes are not made there. It’s a f’Real shake like you get at a gas station. The fries were super greasy and had no salt. Unfortunately no salt in the bag either. But they weren’t even hot, just warm so we just skipped eating them. The chicken nuggets were hot and crispy. However the ranch dip we asked for, didn’t make it into the bag.
For the price of $31.64 we didn’t have much food, it was room temp, and oil soaked bags. I would have felt $12 was more what we should have paid. Not sure we will be back.

Update: Sent all of my info to get my money back, but never did.
Asked for only lettuce, pickles and ketchup. You can see it clearly written on the bag.instead we got everything on the burger and my kid can't eat it.
We were the only ones there and he even repeated the order back to me correctly.
They also forgot our drink and I'm pretty sure he overcharged me, but I can't be sure because the receipt has no products listed, just the amount.

Passing through on I90, wanted something quick but not a huge franchise. Fries were hot and tasty. Burgers were awesome. Service was fast. No complaints. Not super close to the interstate but the drive was easy and well worth it.

Best burgers in town, in my opinion. The buns are light and Fluffy, meat is juicey, and it can come with everything on it. It seems like they introduce a new style of burger monthly or so, such as the John hardy burger. The service is nice and considerably timely. The location is decent, located over by the old K Mart. I like the ascetic and how small and compact the building is and their large advertising status. It is a bit more expensive than mcdonalds, but worth it.

Thought this might be a good quick option with COVID still around and indoor dining still not normal. I was one of only 2 cars in line and it still didn’t feel “snappy”. It took much longer than I would expect from a comparable fast food place.
Once I got back to my hotel with the burgers (I did the 3 for 9$ special), I found the burgers were lukewarm, the fries half soggy, and the bun smashed. They were all like this. As for the taste, I have had better burgers at a school lunch cafeteria.
Just go to McDonalds or something, this place is not what it could be. The worker was nice about giving me ketchup for the fries when I asked so I would actually rate this like 1.5 stars.

Food was great, nice unique spot. They have two drive thru. They are extremely fast. I really appreciated the easy on the eyes menu

Swung through this Rochester institution for a snappy burger and some fries. Fries would have been better if I would have gotten some ketchup. My Snappy burger with cheese was pretty good, they don't have any dine in options so I just pulled over in their parking lot and had it in my car next to snappy chicken and snappy clown. Small menu, burgers, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, fries, ice cream sandwiches...

Fries are always perfect, nice and hot, burgers are absolutely amazing. Give this place a Michelin star. CLASSIC burger and fry joint.
