Wild Bill's Sports Saloon

The cowboy salad with steak was tasty with the corn bread. The salad dressing was on pointe as was the honey butter for the corn bread! I would love the recipe for the butter and the salad dressing! The chicken tenders were huge, the French fries, mac & cheese were good! With Blue cheese and ranch dressing.

Awful awful awful. I went into Wild Bill's this evening with my family and the kid at the greeters station wouldn't even look up from his cell phone, I stood there for at least a full minute before he even acknowledged me. I asked him if there were any available tables and he said no because it was bingo night, I then asked if he knew how long of a wait it would be for a table and he again had no idea. I told him that I was just trying to get an average time since I was there with my two kids. He then said we could wait but we probably wouldn't be seated this evening and we wouldn't be served. My family ended up leaving. I ended up calling the owner to complain and they didn't seem to care.

I walked in with my family of 4. Jason/ or James (the host) was sitting on his phone I had to greet him. He seemed annoyed that we were there. He told me it was bingo night and he had no idea if they could even serve us. I said we could wait. And he told me it would be better if we didn't. He had no idea what was going on qnd didnt want to help.I called management and they did not seem to care. Just trying to help local businesses. As far as I'm concerned this one can go under.

My husband and I visited on 1/16/21. We were seated at low top table quickly upon entering, but unfortunately, this is where the good things end. It took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and take our drink order. Skylar was our server and she was not friendly nor was she a decent server. We waited another 15 minutes for our drinks (I ordered a mixed drink with a water and my husband ordered a beer and water). We got our bar drinks but not the waters and had to ask 2 more times before we got them. We placed our food order (after being there for 45 minutes) and it took another 20 minutes for our food to arrive. My husband ordered the 4 chicken tender meal and requested the cole slaw be substituted for a side salad. Skylar asked what dressing he wanted for the salad. I ordered the rootbeer bbq burger, cooked medium. The chicken tenders were cold and chewy, my burger was so well done and dry (it resembled a piece of charcoal), both of our fries were cold, and my husband got cole slaw instead of a side salad. When I mentioned to Skylar that he ordered the salad, she said "well he won't get charged for the slaw". I said to her that the meal came with the slaw so I hope he doesn't get charged. We ate part of our meals because we were hungry. Skylar didn't come around until she brought our bill. She didn't ask how everything was. When we got our drinks, she said that "one of our bartenders walked out on us tonight". We've eaten at Wild Bills many times prior to Covid and always had great food and service. But it seems that this pandemic has caused things to go down.

This was the worst service I've had since traveling in the MN area. I will be telling everyone I know how rude the staff here is. I even asked to speak to a manager and was then ignored to the point we just left. We did however pay our bill and it was so not worth the 75 dollars we spent here in less then the hour we were there. Oh and when I say we, it was only 2 of us.
