Red Lobster

This place was bad. I ordered the flounder with the fried scallopes and 2 sides of fruit. For two sides I got three oranges and the were smashed and not juicy at all. My water had very little ice and the breading on the scalops flopped off very easy. The flounder taster thin and was a little cold. I asked the waitress about the oranges and she went and got me more but the fact that the chef didn’t know the difference of two orders of fruit and three crushed oranges. My relative who was with me got the shrimp trio and one of the shrimp was soggy. Also the filter in the lobster tank was dirty. I know that has nothing to do with the food but if work here and are reading reviews get to that. You are bathing lobsters you feed people in water that goes through a filthy water filter. Also the toilet water pressure is very weak, just a warning.half an orange for two sides, cold fish, soggy, bad service, and no ice. Those are my reviews your welcome

While the food was what you would expect from any typical Red Lobster, everything else was subpar. Despite it being a Sunday evening, there were very few servers and waiters so service was incredibly slow. Our server, Summer or something of the sort, was rude and reached over us many times without warning. She also made comments on our occupations and remarked on how little my partner made during one of her shifts. Overall, if you are craving Red Lobster I would still make a stop here, but do not expect the actual service to justify the cost of the experience.

My husband and i were celebrating our 16th Anniversary and we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff was great. The food was delicious and there was plenty. We also had a fantasic wine wtih dinner. Dessert looked great but we were stuffed. We don't get there often but we will be back to celebrate again. Thank you

Service was good, the waitress was kind, helpful and timely. Ordered the stuffed flounder with lobster on top which was tasty, however the price to size ratio was a bit off in my opinion. The order size was appropriate, however I felt like the price of about twenty dollars was a bit much. I reccomend their pina colada, the price is ok, the size is large and the taste is great. Its located in the parking lot of the apache mall, which is an ok spot. The atmosphere is nice as well, however it is a bit dim inside for my myself. They closed the windows at one point which really darkened the room. All in all it was a good time.

We usually receive 5-star service and even better food! We were there on Sunday with our daughter who was visiting us from out of state and we had several issues with the food but, the service was worse. My daughter had the Kung Pao chicken, she said everything was overcooked and dry , even the noodles. My wife had the Lobster topped creamy salmon she said was good, but the brussel sprouts were overcooked and burnt,we mentioned it to the waiter and he said it was supposed to be dark,we could even taste the burnt pieces. I had the coconut shrimp that was overcooked and dry, everytime we have ordered this dish the shrimp is Great! We were more disappointed in the lack of consideration of the waiter. We will come back but we'll definitely request a different waitperson. That's why we left a $6.00 tip instead of a $15.00 tip.
