Me, my fiancé and a friend were really dying for something good to eat. We put the address of where we were heading into Google Maps. We used the option to search for a place to eat along the route KFC seemed to be the best option because it was close and affordable. We pulled into the parking lot and drove up to the drive through. The worker who was taking our order via the speaker kept breaking up and it was difficult to understand what she was saying.

KFC needs to coordinate their ads online written ads and sales in person to make me drive away (for 5 minutes to order on the app to get the deals/ specials )
and pick it up a few minutes later... is really ridiculous!!! It's the whole organization/business/ system look bad!

Hey, it's KFC, what can you say other than this location has really good service. This location is in a highly populated area so the chicken goes out as fast as they can cook it. This can cause a wait during peak hours, but the folks here can hustle if you can chill for a minute.

This is the best KFC in the city Rochester, New York. 🙂🤩😇👏🏻🎉🍗⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yesterday I came here for a tasty extra crispy chicken tender $5 fill up for lunch, and my food was great. 😊👍🏻 My extra crispy tenders has 100% white meat, my cookie was nice and chewy, and my biscuit was tasty good.😋 I took the drive thru, and it went great. All thanks to Colonel Sanders on the sign, and on chicken buckets, and food boxes. It's finger lickin' good.

Quick drive thru times and had some nice fresh tenders. The lady at the window was very nice and even engaged in a short conversation with me asking about my day. It's nice that people still do this in 2019. Most people just slam the door.
