I like this particular Dunkin', but they are a tad bit slow with their service. If they're busy, you're not getting out quickly. Even if they're not busy, don't expect a quick experience. The people are friendly and kind though!

Titus dunkin is the best they get every order right . I have a favorite staff that hears me over the intercom an already know who I am and knows what I want! You cant beat that !

Everytime I go to dunking am seen by kendal which is the best worker there... in my opinion. (Should give him a raise)... service is very good I am there every day, prices are good, and most of the people are nice but one person.

The first time I went here I wondered what was taking so long for my order (food and coffee).. when I got my order I realized it was because they actually spend time to perfect everything. The sandwich and coffee were much higher quality than any other dunkin I've been to.. I'd gladly wait longer for quality. The service was also very good; very kind and professional workers here!

One of my best experiences at dunking doughnuts. The food was made perfectly as well as our drinks. It was all fast and the staff was super nice. The other 2 in East Irondequoit could take a lesson from this place.
