Honestly, not the best one out there, but it gets the job done. Ordered a few milkshakes last week and the really filled those cups up deliciously. But the wait can be long especially if you do curbside, I usually just do drive through or go inside to pick the order up. Would recommend driving a few
I’m giving this location two stars and I would have given it five but one team member failed. The place was clean and organized how staff complying about being short staff is no excuse to be complying it won’t make things better. In this matters we can only do the best we can. If you like food borne illness, look no further. Nobody at this location can be bothered to do a good job. 5 years of mistakes. It should never take 10 minutes for an iced coffee you'll make wrong anyways.
Food isn't prepared properly undercooked food hard stale buns. Also when you call to complain, they never answer the phone. Very unprofessional!
Ordering was a bit rough as i asked for 2 10 piece nugget meals and had to reiterate that a few times before they put it in correctly. Not 1 person spoke a word besides the guy taking our order. Is a "thank you" too much to ask? This store used to have great customer service. Don't know what changed.
Rude. No customer service at all. The employees play while taking the orders and the manager Melinda Lawson is just as rude. Her employees can do no wrong and the customer is always wrong
