Until a month ago I stopped eating from this location because the food was so bad. Dried out old or undercooked chicken etc. However the last two times I ate here including today was the best popeyes I've ever had. Hot, fresh food. Plump juicy chicken on the sandwiches. Couldn't ask for more

This is one of the best locations in the Rochester area. Food is always fresh and the employees are polite. It's good to finally have a Popeye's with great customer service and no attitudes 💯💯💯💯 GREAT WORK!

The service was so good even though they were slammed. Food was just cooked and fresh. They have the Coke machine that you pick all flavors.

Went to try the new wings. They're amazing! Will go back for sure. The wings were so hot when you took a bite steam would come out. The cashier was nice and friendly.

All I ordered was a biscuit and an apple pie. Wouldn't you know it. There was paper on my pie. I had to break half of it off
