Mcdonald's

There is a specific manager that I would say it's the only black mark against that restaurant. I can only describe her but speaking with other patrons I am not alone in that opinion. White female, blonde hair, average build, maybe 25-30 years old. Very snarky attitude. My one interaction with her was when I approached the cash register to place my order. Being with no cell phone at the time I couldn't order another way. After a few minutes of standing there with no one to take my order I calmly got the attention of an employee and asked if they could assist me. The only response from the entire crew that was standing around the food bagging area was from that specific manager. She stated to me, "You know that there are other ways to place your order other than someone having to come over to you and take it." Followed by another at least 1 - 2 minutes of me standing adobe at the register. I felt really stupid just standing there.

We were looking for a place to stop and have some coffee with a friend that had a long drive home after our dinner together. I always heard that McDonald's had great coffee, so we stopped in, she got her coffee, I got a Salted Caramel and Pretzel Bites McFlurry and our other friend got a Diet Coke. I loved my McFlurry, the coffee was burnt from sitting too long. The manager happened to be walking around and asked how everything was, we let her know about the coffee and she quickly offered a fresh pot of coffee and free replacement along with a shot of Expresso. We had a great experience here, I would highly recommend this location!
