Golden Corral

The food was good. Finding spoons & bowls was ridiculous. All desserts are there for the taking except for the ice cream, you have to ask for it. The chocolate cake was especially moist & yummy. DON'T eat the ice cream. It's NOT ice cream. It's milk & ice. It's disgusting & it's the only dessert you have to ask them to make for you.

It has been years since I have been to a buffet style restaurant. We visited this location for lunch in Friday. I was really hoping for an good buffet experience. While it was not terrible, I feel like the place is on borrowed time, unfortunately. Food was as expected, place is run down though and not kept up.

Always go with the large group, if you need a tasty hot meal and looking for friendly service come here. Never had an unfriendly face even when we came in near closing time. Good variety of foods and desserts available. Only down side is sometimes it's so busy that the kitchen has a hard time keeping up but hey they can only cook so fast but it's never a long wait for the fresh food to come back out. Oh there's also a full salad bar!

I got to the restaurant late. Some of the food choices weren't going to be stocked correctly and I was prepared to deal with that. The grill guy made a cheap cut of meat the best it could be. The steak was great. Some of the veg had been sitting around and was really overcooked. The salad bar fought a good battle and lost. It was a mess. The lettuce and fruit was pretty much gone. My server Maria was pleasant and took care of me. The restaurant is due a renovation. It's old and at least needs a deep cleaning. Next time I'll come earlier.

Oh my gosh. I am so full. I’m going to roll my way out of here. I don’t think I can move. These are all quotes I heard while filling myself full at the Golden Corral. The waitress had been there forever was friendly, friendly, talkative, and helpful. They did not have sesame chicken as kid wanted or dumplings. Go to a Chinese place for those. Kid enjoyed. I need a nap.
