For how long the lines get, the service is quick. They're more than happy to fix an incorrect order. They should probably be paid more since this is one of the busiest Starbucks in the Rochester area.
It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead
Super busy place being the hot spot of the UoR campus. It's mainly student led so cut em some slack! They do a amazing job getting the orders out as fast as they can!
Typical Starbucks. Great coffee. Expect long lines during rush hours but you can order through grubhub/seamless in advance.
Space has changed to be more open but less cozy. Looks like a change to encourage a higher turnover rate...even though I don't see how that helps a bar service cafe.
It was GREAT! A the staff is amazing very welcoming and respectful. The managers did a wonderful job training them. Cassandra is GREAT also. Totally cool chick.

As a student working there, I would say this place is perfect for any casual event. There are lounges inside and outside, so there are choices.
Nice place to chill. It might not be the greatest place to study or do work though because light is a little weak.
